Harlem Globetrotter Meadowlark Lemon to Crestwood Seniors and Local 'Rainbow' Kids: Aim for Joy

'Clown Prince' of b-ball gets generations moving while pitching his latest book, Trust Your Next Shot: A Guide To A Life Of Joy.

Former Harlem Globetrotter and fan favorite Meadowlark Lemon partied at Crestview Senior Living Saturday with senior residents and children living with cancer. The gathering featured everything from basketball to puppet shows. "This party provided so much joy for so many people and that's what I talk about in my book. It's so important to have joy in your life," Lemon said.  Lemon, nicknamed the "Clown Prince" for his hilarious antics on the court during 24 seasons with the expert team, was in town to promote his new book, Trust Your Next Shot: A Guide To A Life Of Joy.
