Update: Deal Falls Through for New O'Leary's Owner

O'Leary's Restaurant customers may not be seeing changes at the Sunset Hills pub soon after all--an intended sale has fallen through, sources confirmed to Patch. In November Phillip Greene approached the city's Board of Aldermen for business and liquor license application approval, just a couple months after the O'Learys put up the Lindbergh Boulevard space for sale. While restaurant owners said the switch would come after the first of the year, a member of the ownership group intended to purchase the restaurant confirmed that the deal was not going forward.
