More than 45 percent of Americans make a resolution every year, according to statisticbrain.com. Some people vow to live a healthier lifestyle, others promise to spend more time with family, and many say they will try to save money. As millions of Americans make resolutions to improve their lives, what could we do right here in South County, particularly Crestwood and Sunset Hills, to make it an even better place to live? Why tear down the mall? Rework it into condos! Most of the stores have rear entrances, many of them have plumbing. Each space would offer a unique housing space. The buyers could pay their mortgages to the city of Crestwood, who would hold the loans. Parking? No problem. The mall itself would be a walking venue for the residents.
