Chick-Fil-A Eyeing Sunset Hills Plaza Space

Chick-Fil-A is looking to bring its chicken sandwiches to Sunset Hills. Last week the city's planning and zoning commission unanimously approved a conditional use request for the fast food chain to demolish and occupy a portion of the former Regions Bank building at 10722 Sunset Hills Plz. A public hearing is scheduled in front of the Board of Aldermen on Nov. 20. The proposal includes seating for 132 customers, an indoor play area, and double lane drive-thru. The store would be open 6:30 a.m. - 10 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and closed on Sundays.
