Phony Checks Created Using Dentist's Information

Fraud Delta Dental, 12399 Old Gravois Rd., was recently the victim of check fraud. Checks, which were reportedly with the dental office's information, were sent to recipients with an offer to cash and keep a portion of the money while sending the rest back to the company. Theft A female customer attempted to steal a pair of shoes at Marshall’s, 10780 Sunset Hills Plz., on Nov. 8. A purse was taken from a vehicle parked on the 12400 block of Cinema on Nov. 8 around 8:06 a.m. Power tools were taken from a vehicle on the 0-100 block of Fox Meadows on Nov. 9 around 2:37 p.m. An air compressor was removed from a driveway on the 200 block of Deane on Nov. 12 around 5 p.m. Filing a false police report Nov. 13: South Technical School, 12721 West …
