Thanks! I know Michelle had said that the Historic Preservation Commission recognized it a few years ago and that there is a plaque to correspond with that. Interested in how the whole process works in different areas, too.

ReplyReceived word from a family member of his that Joe Shea is safe. She said he finished the race about five minutes before the explosion, and that he was still in the area at the time. Glad to hear he is O.K.!
