I am the owner of Turtle Cove Cafe.  I love things that are natural and good for you.  After all, this is not a dress rehearsal and we only get one shot at life, so enjoy it in a healthy way and believe me, your health will thank you for it.  Don't get me wrong, I do enjoy some things at times, that well...lets call it what it is, not so good for you. 

I teach cooking in people's homes, where one is the most comfortable.  I do use produce that is from our local area.  We are so fortunate to live in an area that has the best seafood, farms, vineyards, and dairy farms, and some of the best fruits.  When I shop, I do hand-pick the very best, and I will show you how to do the same.  I do offer cooking parties, excursions to our local farmstands, and vineyards (When in season).

I am also a single mom, I have a daughter in college, and do love to travel, and snowboard when I can.  I love going to the beach to just say "ahhh" in the summer and even into the fall. (The best time of year).
