Sunset Hills' Ward 3 Alderman to Resign

Sunset Hills alderman Stephen Webb is set to resign at the board's June 11 meeting because he is moving outside city limits, Mayor Bill Nolan announced in the June edition of the Horizon newsletter.

Webb was first elected to the board in 2008, and won re-election in 2012.

"Stephen served on Planning and Zoning before his election in 2008. A full five years followed with Stephen serving as Chairman of Public Works and Business Development along with being President of the Board. His clear thinking, professional demeanor, and total commitment to our City will be missed," Nolan wrote.

"I will ask the Board of Aldermen to approve an appointment to fill Stephen’s unexpired term that night as well. Please come to the meeting and wish Stephen the best," he added.
